Description
- Develop and implement environmental policies and strategies across all operations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental laws and international standards.
- Lead AMDAL preparation and approval processes for new and existing projects.
- Monitor and report environmental performance, including emissions, waste management, and biodiversity impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and government agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in sustainability and environmental performance.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in large-scale mining or heavy industry.Understand about Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA).Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Job Offer
