Job descriptionPendidikan minimal D3 / S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau sejenisnya. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Management, atau Digital Marketing. Memahami sistem dan mekanisme Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate, Tokopedia Affiliate, dan marketplace sejenis. Terampil menggunakan tools analisis data (Google Sheets, Excel, atau sejenisnya). Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik. Kreatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target. Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan berbagai tim lintas departemen.
Job Description
- Mengelola, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan program affiliate perusahaan.
- Mencari, merekrut, serta melakukan onboarding terhadap affiliate baru yang potensial.
- Berkomunikasi dan membangun hubungan baik dengan para affiliate untuk menjaga loyalitas dan performa.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing dalam menyediakan materi promosi dan kampanye affiliate.
- Melakukan analisis performa affiliate serta memberikan laporan dan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan penjualan.
- Melakukan riset kompetitor dan tren terkini dalam dunia affiliate marketing.
