Faculty Member Activities

Perform Teaching Activities :

Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students

Assist students with learning process

Assess students' learning

Perform Research Activities :

Participate actively in specific research projects

Propose new research topics

Maintain a research or artistic creativity program

Publish articles, books, present research findings, and disseminate work externally

Perform Community Services :

Participate in community service programs

Propose new community service initiatives

Research Activities

Ensure high-impact research recognition

Secure sustainable research grants

Update course materials with research results

Maintain a conducive research environment

Develop peer research capabilities

Participate in research projects and propose new topics

Build a reputation as a scholar for potential promotion to Professor (academic specialist rank)

Content Development & Evaluation Activities

Enrich and maintain course materials

Review and revise course content regularly

Assist in course and exam content preparation and evaluation

Provide input on obsolete courses and materials

Coordinate with lecturers on course development and evaluation

Ensure quality of teaching delivery

Complete content development tasks on time

Teaching Activities

Disseminate knowledge and assist student learning

Create new teaching materials

Contribute to curriculum diversity and foster critical and creative skills

Management Support Activities

Act as Academic Advisor and Thesis Supervisor

Provide reports to relevant academic leaders

Suggest improvements in activities and processes

Perform activities related to Quality Management System

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Fulfill the role of lecturer as per Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi

General Requirements

Doctoral Degree in a relevant field

Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Lektor Kepala

Work Experience

At least 3 years of teaching experience
