About the Role

We are seeking a visionary UI / UX Manager to lead our design team in crafting seamless, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences. You will own the end-to-end design process—from research to execution—while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Your leadership will ensure Soar delivers a world-class user experience that aligns with our business goals and delights our users. Beyond design excellence, you will build and mentor a top-tier team, establish measurable performance standards, and provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing UI / UX team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
• Mentor designers, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement skill development programs.
• Define team KPIs (e.g., design iteration speed, user satisfaction scores, stakeholder feedback) and track progress.
• Own and evolve Soar’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all products.
• Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align UX strategy with company objectives.

This role is open worldwide (remote); however if the candidate is based in Cairo, Egypt or Riyadh, KSA then it is Hybrid since we have offices there.
