Senior UI / UX Designer

Lead the design of intuitive and aesthetically appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.

2. User Research & Analysis :

Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Analyze user feedback and behavior to continually refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, constraints, and business goals.

Lead design reviews and provide mentorship to junior designers, ensuring adherence to best practices and design consistency.

4. Design System & Consistency :

Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Create reusable components and patterns that can be efficiently implemented by developers.

5. Problem Solving & Innovation :

Solve complex user experience challenges with creative and functional design solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative design approaches to the team.

6. Presentation & Communication :

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and defend design decisions effectively.

Document design decisions and workflows for internal communication and future reference.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI / UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile projects.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision , or similar.

Solid knowledge of design systems, responsive design, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles , usability best practices, and interaction design.

Experience conducting and applying user research to enhance product design.

Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations in the design process.

Fluent in English , with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and present creative work to internal teams and clients .

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI / UX design work, including case studies that demonstrate problem-solving abilities, design processes, and results.
