Background
YPII, funded by the EU, will implement the Voice for Equality project; empowering Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Indonesia for Gender Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response. This project aims to strengthen the capacity and enabling environment for CSOs in advancing women’s and girls’ agency, transforming harmful gender norms, rebalancing power relations, and building effective, inclusive, and community-rooted prevention and response mechanisms against GBV. In line with the OECD DAC Gender Equality Policy Marker (G2), the action seeks to make gender equality a primary objective.
This project will work with partner KAPAL Perempuan and 10 other CSOs across Indonesia. The program has experience related to child protection and GBV.
Role Purpose
The Senior Project Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing all financial functions within the Program Management Unit. This role ensures effective financial planning, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with donor requirements and organization policies. He / She will work closely with Program, Grants, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and People & Culture (P&C) teams to support seamless project implementation. The position also provides financial guidance and support to local Implementation Partners (IPs), ensuring accountability and compliance across all project components.
