Corporate Accounting and Tax Manager

PT. Kwan Samudera Mandiri is a company engaged in the maritime industry, operating across Indonesia. We are currently seeking a Corporate Accounting & Taxation Manager to join our head office team based in Bandengan , North Jakarta.

Job Desc : Accounting Manager

Prepare monthly closing of financial reports (FS, BS, SOCF) , as well as annual report for audit purposes in a timely manner

Collaborate with CFO to provide financial & taxation insights for strategic decision-making,

Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data

In-Depth understanding and comply with Accounting standards (PSAK), and company policies.

Manage relationships with Auditors, Banks, and KJPP

Lead accounting team to enhance accounting processes and internal controls.

Proactive in addressing financial and accounting challenges.

Tax Manager

Tax planning and reporting in timely manner and accurate (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN, dan PPh Badan)

Analyze any tax implication of a deal / transaction happens in the company

Communicate DJP and Company Tax RM to respond any letters / taxation checking

Comply and Update with Indonesian Tax regulations

Manage tax subordinate to report in a timely manner

Requirement

Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar role

In-depth understanding of the full Accounting Cycle and Financial Reporting , experienced in preparing Audit reports

Strong understanding of PSAK and update with Indonesian Taxation regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (present financial statements), as well as strong problem-solving abilities , analytical skills (able to transform data into high value information for decision making)

Strong leadership to lead, grow, and improve a collaborative high-value accounting team

Have Brevet A / B certification

Detail-oriented, meticulous,high level of accuracy and committed to high integrity (confidentiality of data)

Proficient in English and / or Mandarin is an advantage
