Turnaround & Restructuring profoundly enhance businesses by improving financial health and operational efficiency. Steering companies through intricate financial scenarios, enabling strategic acquisitions, mergers, or divestitures, and offering solutions for distressed situations. The guidance helps client businesses stabilize, expand, and secure long‑term sustainability, empowering them to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive marketplace.

What you will do

• Helping the client in terms of financial restructuring, operational restructuring including cost optimization and cost reduction strategies.
• Helping the client with turnaround planning and exit planning as well as the implementation.
• Providing cash and working capital management advise.
• Providing advise related to insolvency problem, including work with creditors and the courts to help companies maximize available value.
• Create an action plan for the pre and post financial restructuring process, along with contingency plans.
