Digital transformation : Engage in digital transformation projects which include to define DX requirements and design DX solutions.

Team Management : Team Building : As a BPR consultant, encourage team members skill developments.

Self-development : Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company's upcoming projects.

Qualifications : Have 6+ years of work experience.

Have working experiences in business consulting firms.

Have solid consulting skills in Business Process Re-engineering.

Have strong integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as consultant.

Good communication skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.

Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
