EY Parthenon – Strategy and Execution (Junior and Senior Consultant)

Join our Strategy & Execution team and provide clients a full range of hands‑on, operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle (including carve‑out, due diligence and integration), supporting both buyers and sellers. We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including carve‑out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day‑one readiness assessment, 100‑day planning and integration support.

Key Responsibilities

• Buy side and sell side operational due diligence : develop stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, and assess future operating model design.
• Integration strategy, planning, and execution : project management support and executive communication.
• Carve‑out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution : operating model design and transaction services agreement development.
• Synergy / value realization identification, validation, and tracking.
• Development of M&A and integration playbooks.
• Operational and IT separation strategy, planning, and execution : operating model design.
• Work in client engagement teams to execute integration or carve‑out services.
• Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.
• Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas.
• Work with team members on project execution, project management, problem‑solving, and facilitation.
• Assist in business‑development activities : preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work.
• Foster an open and inclusive work environment.
