EY Parthenon – Strategy and Execution (Junior and Senior Consultant)
Join our Strategy & Execution team and provide clients a full range of hands‑on, operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle (including carve‑out, due diligence and integration), supporting both buyers and sellers. We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including carve‑out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day‑one readiness assessment, 100‑day planning and integration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Buy side and sell side operational due diligence : develop stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, and assess future operating model design.
- Integration strategy, planning, and execution : project management support and executive communication.
- Carve‑out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution : operating model design and transaction services agreement development.
- Synergy / value realization identification, validation, and tracking.
- Development of M&A and integration playbooks.
- Operational and IT separation strategy, planning, and execution : operating model design.
- Work in client engagement teams to execute integration or carve‑out services.
- Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.
- Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas.
- Work with team members on project execution, project management, problem‑solving, and facilitation.
- Assist in business‑development activities : preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics / Business from a reputable local or overseas university (minimum GPA 3.2 or equivalent).Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience (Junior Consultant) and 3‑5 years of experience (Senior Consultant) in a consulting firm and / or corporate Supply Chain or Operations Transformation function.Good understanding of integrations, carve‑outs, and other transaction engagements.Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions with at least one major transaction preferably on the operational and integration side.Experience in due diligence (operational or financial) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.Team player with strong intellectual curiosity, industriousness, and a willingness to learn new capabilities.Strong interpersonal and client‑relationship skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Relevant degrees and certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP) are a plus.Seniority Level
