Principal Technical Consultant

As a Principal Technical Consultant in Indonesia , you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry.

This role focuses on delivering first-class service to ACI customers, identifying and developing customer solutions using company products, outsourced services, and proprietary tools. You will define needs, craft project delivery plans, and serve as a trusted consultant. Performance is evaluated based on utilization (billable hours) and successful implementation of tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client’s business needs, align with client strategies, and recommend appropriate information technology solutions using ACI’s methodologies.
• Analyze corporate objectives, critical success factors, business functions, and processes.
• Plan, integrate and manage the implementation of new technology.
• Solve highly technical and complex problems for projects.
• Provide technical direction for projects and guide implementation efforts to ensure successful product adoption.
• Support regional / product business development and sales support efforts for a territory, industry, or account.
• Meet with prospective, current, and former clients to describe and define ACI’s services related to area of specialty.
• Maintain advanced technical knowledge and understanding of ACI’s product set and business context.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks or business situations as needed.
• Gather information to clarify risks or business situations and use effective questioning to elicit necessary details.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to corporate policies, including the code of ethics and global information security.
