Business Improvement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description :

• Learn and understand logistics business processes, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution systems.
• Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on customer needs.
• Support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients or principals, both written and verbal.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer prospects in assigned regions.
• Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning during the 6-month placement in Yogyakarta, and be prepared for further assignments in other cities.
