About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Operations to join our dynamic team. A leading retail and consumer products company based in Jakarta. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability
- Manage and coordinate the various functional teams within the operations department, including logistics, supply chain, and customer service
- Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and company objectives
- Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the overall customer experience
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of operational performance to senior management
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within the retail or F&B industryDemonstrated track record of successfully leading and optimising complex operations, with a strong focus on process improvement and cost optimisationExcellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisionsProven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellenceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
