Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred. Tax Brevet A / B certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Proficiency in Google Sheets. Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Accurate, or Jurnal.id. Mid-Senior level Full-time Accounting / Auditing, Analyst, and Finance Personal Care Product Manufacturing, Retail, and Retail Apparel and Fashion

Job Description
- Ensure compliance with applicable PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Prepare financial statements and financial report (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare tax reports, reconciliations, and other required documents.
- Develop company budgets and financial plans.
