• Maintain and manage the company’s accounting system to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Ensure all financial data is credible, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
• Monitor and improve internal control processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Simplify and streamline accounting functions and operational workflows.
• Develop financial plans and strategies to support company growth.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks.
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws, tax regulations, and relevant financial and industry standards.
• Provide financial reports and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify cost efficiency opportunities and recommend cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare corporate tax reports, including SPT Badan and supporting documentation such as Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc).
• Provide input to management on operational decisions based on a deep understanding of the business.
• Supervise and regularly review the performance of accounting and tax staff, ensuring development and alignment with company standards.
• Review and verify that financial statements are prepared credibly and in accordance with PSAK.
• Ensure financial reports are completed on time and submitted monthly.
• Coordinate with other departments to communicate and align on the company’s financial condition.
