Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer support team for our social software community.
- Supervise customer support representatives (CS) in their daily online chat interactions with customers to ensure quality service.
- Coach and guide team members in their day-to-day work.
- Coordinate team scheduling and ensure proper attendance and workforce coverage.
- Provide feedback on team performance and prepare weekly reports.
