Job descriptionDevelop and execute e‑commerce sales strategies in Southeast Asia. Manage and optimize online sales platforms to maximize visibility, conversion, and customer engagement. Establish and maintain relationships with key e‑commerce partners and service networks. Collaborate with the sales director to implement sales plans and achieve targets. Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, and propose actionable improvements. Ensure smooth order processing, customer service, and after‑sales support in coordination with relevant teams. Proven experience in e‑commerce operations, platform management, or digital sales. Familiarity with Southeast Asian e‑commerce markets (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) is a strong plus. Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and willing to relocate to Jakarta. We are looking for Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Developers who are growth‑oriented, enjoy new ideas, and want to develop exciting products.
What we’re looking for :
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring (MVC, Boot, Security), and Hibernate.
- Experience with Hybris Accelerators, Backoffice, OCC API, ImpEx, and FlexibleSearch.
- Hands‑on experience with REST / SOAP APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integrations (S / 4HANA, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM).
