IT Business Analyst Insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards
• Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of implementation
• Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams
• Act as a consultant / advisor to other analysts
