Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Perform regular assessments and documentation of server and storage conditions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for Dell systems.
• Monitor system health, capacity, and backup performance.
• Ensure OS, firmware, and configuration compliance.
• Identify and report hardware anomalies or failures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and system updates.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
