Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in banking, investment management, securities, or related financial institutions. Possession of mandatory professional certifications (WAPERD, WPPE, WMI) as required for distributing financial products. Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships, with an existing client network or customer base considered a strong advantage. Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service standards. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and write fluently in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and grow a portfolio of retail and HNWI clients by understanding their financial goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and provide tailored investment solutions that align with each client’s objectives, risk tolerance, and lifecycle stage—prioritizing trust and long-term value.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with 95%+ retention rates through ongoing support and proactive engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience by ensuring seamless KYC / AML compliance reviews and thorough risk profiling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client journey and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to management to shape growth strategies and product development.
