Carrier Relationship Manager

The Carrier Relations Manager is crucial for building and maintaining partnerships with carriers to boost our datacenter colocation business in Indonesia. This role focuses on creating interconnection points (IXs), facilitating cloud connections, and ensuring strong carrier performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with key carriers.
• Maintain strong relationships with carrier executives and technical teams.
• Develop strategies to create and improve the companys IXs.
• Attract connections from major IXs to our datacenters
• Facilitate cloud connections with leading cloud providers and negotiate agreements.
• Negotiate carrier contracts with favorable terms and manage renewals.
• Monitor carrier performance against key metrics and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales representatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
