We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team! As a Technical Product Manager, you will be playing a critical role in improving and developing business processes and systems, working closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and operations team members.

Responsibilities

• Proactively gain an understanding of business context and requirements to ensure supporting processes and systems are updated and capable of realizing business opportunities
• Actively manage projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage changes in process and system by ensuring common understanding and alignment to all stakeholders through verbal and written documentation that is concise, clear, and easy to understand
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, maintain, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), UML diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and flowcharts for engineers and Quality Assurance testers
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures to minimize issues before a new process or feature is deployed
• Be responsible and accountable in managing issues including but not limited to coordinating issues troubleshooting, updating internal stakeholders, and providing relevant information to external parties that support issue resolution
