We are currently helping our client, a fast paced growing F&B Coffee Company that has been established since 2022 and has been growing for up to more than 430 stores all over Indonesia. Currently we are helping them in looking for Sr. Purchasing Manager with the following detail :

Job Description

• Analyze procurement data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in the procurement field.
• Manage the collaboration of internal and external stakeholders to analyze departmental needs and requirements.
• Lead the development of mutually beneficial agreements that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliable fulfillment.
• Assess the alignment and effectiveness of purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice processing to streamline operations and minimize errors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on pre-defined metrics, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to agreements.
• Monitors current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on the ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
