Purchasing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the firm's daily operations.
• Evaluation of outstanding PRs that have not been followed up to become POs.
• Evaluation of outstanding POs that have not been realized in the procurement of goods.
• Cross-check invoices and attachments to ensure they are suitable for follow-up payments.
• Handling cases that occur in the purchasing section.
• Ensure PO is in accordance with user needs and approve the PO.
• Ensuring vendor pitching for procurement of goods goes well according to SOP.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the purchasing team.
• Researching suppliers and comparing costs, negotiating, discussing, and managing purchasing contracts.
• Analyze market prices and create timelines for each purchase, from PR until goods delivery.
