Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Manage end-to-end local recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Schedule meeting, all HR related events including employee engagement activity and all HR agendas.
- Be responsible for Employment Contract and Social Security Registration.
- Coordinate with Global IT to manage company access inventory and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist and follow up on monthly probation review.
- Calculating payroll, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to execute and monitor financial transactions, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, and provide necessary support for payment processing, expense reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Office maintenance and Office admin job
- Checking on Time attendance, Staff status either new join / resign / terminated, Overtime etc. to employees timely and accurately.
- Up to date HR Budget / petty cash file with evidence
- Manage and monitor sales performance by tracking KPI achievements, analyzing results, and providing insights or recommendations to improve team effectiveness and achieve business targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Business Administration and HR major will be a plus4+ years’ experience in HR payroll and administrativeComputer literate with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong problem-solving skills. Result oriented. Attention to detailsFast learner and able to take up new job knowledge and skills.Multitasking and able to complete assigned task within deadlineAble to handle work pressure.An effective communicator with a good command of English
