Overview
We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team! Our new restaurant will showcase innovative fusion cuisine, and we need a Chef who can develop creative and high-quality menus.
Responsibilities
- Develop unique and appealing fusion food concepts and menus.
- Conduct research and development of recipes, including testing until production-ready.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the taste, texture, and presentation meet high standards.
- Source the best ingredients to align with the restaurant concept.
- Oversee preparation and presentation during testing and menu launch phases.
- Perform food costing to ensure efficiency and profitability for each menu item.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the culinary field, especially in menu development.In-depth knowledge of fusion cuisine and current food trends.Proven ability to perform accurate and efficient food costing.Creative thinking and ability to work independently.Managerial skills are a plus.Willingness to work mobile (flexible locations).Type of Employment : Contract.Work Location : Gading Serpong & West JakartaSalary : Competitive, based on experience.Be part of our journey to create unforgettable culinaryexperiences!
