• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Sales & Marketing in a luxury hotel.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage key accounts and lead a team.
• In-depth knowledge of the Bandung market and luxury hospitality trends.
