Job Description / Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Global GNSS Segment Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts for our GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) business. This role is essential in shaping and executing go‑to‑market strategies, driving brand visibility, and accelerating customer adoption within the GNSS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the GNSS market and a proven ability to identify new customer segments, develop targeted promotional content and deliver campaigns that drive measurable sales outcomes. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide, including product management, field application engineering (FAE) and sales, to ensure alignment and impact across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies to drive growth and market leadership in the GNSS segment.
- Define segment positioning, value propositions and messaging based on deep market knowledge and customer insights.
- Identify and evaluate new customer segments and use cases across regions, tailoring messaging and content to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Gather and interpret customer buying behavior to influence brand messaging, value propositions and competitive positioning.
- Create high-impact promotional materials, content and campaigns targeted at both new and existing audiences to support global sales objectives.
- Collaborate with global product, sales and FAE teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps and market needs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Identify and execute digital marketing initiatives across web, social and email platforms to amplify brand presence and customer engagement in the GNSS space.
- Represent the company at global industry events, webinars and conferences as a GNSS subject matter expert.
- Track and report performance metrics of campaigns and programs, using insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in the IoT industry.Fluent in written and spoken English.Proven success in identifying and targeting new customer segments in the GNSS or broader positioning / navigation space.Strong experience in developing compelling promotional content and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer‑centric messaging.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to guide decision‑making.Experience with global marketing strategies and working in cross‑regional, cross‑functional teams.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.What We Offer :
