Bertanggung jawab atas penjualan produk unit Patria dan membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
Yang akan kamu lakukan
- Melakukan aktivitas penjualan produk unit Patria (heavy equipment attachments).
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer melalui aktivitas pra-penjualan, penjualan, dan purna-penjualan.
- Menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan, menyusun penawaran, bernegosiasi, dan mengkoordinasikan pengiriman produk.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis dan menanggapi umpan balik pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan.
- Mengembangkan database pelanggan dan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru.
