Job Description :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, providing guidance to management and employees on labor law matters.
- Participate in negotiations between management and employee representatives, drafting and reviewing company policies to reach mutually beneficial employment terms.
- Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and disputes between employees and management, providing advice to promote positive working relationships.
- Manage the grievance resolution process, investigate employee complaints, and collaborate with HR and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, or other workplace issues, ensuring thorough and impartial investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
- Oversee the administration of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and addressing issues related to contract interpretation and enforcement.
- Identify and mitigate potential labor relations risks, providing advice on minimizing legal liabilities related to labor and employment matters.
- Analyze labor market trends and employee engagement surveys to develop effective labor relations strategies.
Qualifications :
