We are seeking a creative Brand Designer / Strategist to join our client in a fitness supplement company and bring the brand vision to life through compelling visual content. This role focuses primarily on graphic design execution while contributing strategic brand insights to support our organic social media presence and overall brand development
Key Responsibilities :
Visual Content Creation
- Design engaging visual content based on content plans prepared by the social media manager
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for organic social media platforms
- Develop consistent visual storytelling that aligns with the fitness supplement brand identity
- Design product-focused content including supplement packaging showcases, ingredient highlights, and workout-related visuals
- Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Brand Strategy & Development
Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine overall brand strategyContribute creative insights to strengthen brand positioning in the competitive fitness supplement marketResearch industry trends and competitor visual strategies to inform design decisionsHelp establish and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standardsSupport brand evolution and adaptation based on market feedback and business goalsContent Planning & Execution
Work closely with the social media manager to understand content calendar requirementsTransform content briefs into compelling visual designs that drive engagementCreate template systems and design frameworks for efficient content productionDevelop seasonal campaigns and promotional content aligned with fitness industry cyclesOptimize designs for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Creative Asset Management
Maintain organized asset libraries and design systems for team accessibilityCreate scalable design templates for recurring content needsEnsure all visual content meets platform specifications and best practicesCollaborate with other team members to align visual content with broader marketing initiativesRequirements
Design Expertise : Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skillIndustry Knowledge : Understanding of the fitness and supplement industry, including target audiences and market trendsSoftware Proficiency : Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design toolsSocial Media Savvy : Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms with understanding of platform-specific requirementsBrand Thinking : Ability to think strategically about brand development while executing tactical design workCommunication Skills : Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with social media managers and cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications
