Job Description
Our company seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager in Jakarta to lead marketing campaigns, oversee sales activities, and drive collaborations to grow revenue and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing strategies, including meta‑advertising, promotional periods, and events.
- Develop short‑term and long‑term marketing and sales strategies and align them with company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
- Allocate and manage appropriate budgets for marketing and sales activities.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations and cooperation toward shared goals.
- Integrate marketing and sales teams for efficient collaboration, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing conflicts.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sub‑distributors, and dealers.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners (sales coverage, return rate).
- Ensure product availability and stock levels.
- Prepare market analysis reports and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for management.
- Drive overall marketing and sales performance aligned with goals and objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives, sales staff, or representatives.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, identify new business opportunities, and develop sustainable buyer‑supplier networks.
- Negotiate major contracts and trading terms with suppliers, buyers, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or coordination roles; 5–7 years of sales & marketing experience and at least 3 years in a managerial role; 5+ years in distribution sales for watch / fashion / luxury goods, or 3+ years in FMCG / bottled water industry.Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Power BI, SEO, and social media management platforms.Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, project management, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.Excellent time management and performance under pressure.Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making ability.Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and commodity trading systems / platforms.Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.Ability to prepare and analyze sales projections, cost structures, and profitability models.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
