Job Role

The VP of IT will be responsible for leading integration strategies and managing cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with strong IT and product integration expertise, particularly in fintech and trading platforms, to oversee the integration of products, processes, and technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross‑functional integration teams (Product, IT, Operations, Finance).
• Define project timelines, track milestones, and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including acquired business leadership.
• Standardize integration processes and tools (playbooks, due diligence checklists, post‑integration plans).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks.
• Develop and manage budgets with financial efficiency.
• Conduct post‑integration reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support process build‑out to serve dynamic global customer needs.

Candidate Requirements

Min. 10 years in IT involving Product Integration, with a proven track record in leading cross‑functional integration efforts.

Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Strong leadership and team management.
