Fashion Merchandising Division Head

Overview

As a Fashion Merchandising Division Head , you’ll lead the strategic planning and development of merchandise assortments within their area of responsibility, with a strong focus on product innovation, market relevance, and customer needs.

Drives end-to-end product development processes by setting clear merchandise strategies & aligning execution with business goals.

Partners cross-functionally to drive innovation, optimize assortments, and deliver compelling product offerings that meet sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic merchandise plans to meet sales and margin targets.
• Make key decisions on product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
• Analyze market and fashion trends to enhance category and product development.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandising Managers and supporting team.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure a relevant and competitive assortment.
• Innovate merchandising systems, including inventory planning and allocation accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Planning & Allocation, Marketing, Store Operations, VM).
