Legal Manager

Currently, we are looking for a driven Legal Manager , one strategic position that will be responsible for handling end-to-end Legal matters, to ensure the business process runs optimally and provide the best solution for company's profit and growth.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Master's Degree (S2) in Law,
• Having minimum 10 years of experience as a Corporate Legal lead with substantial experience across a wide range of legal practices, especially in handling Industrial Relation and Corporate Litigation,
• Experience in the Maritime Logistic industry is preferred,
• Holds a PERADI Certification,
• Strong legal analysis and strategic thinking skills,
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulations related to Maritime Logistic,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment,
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
