Legal Manager - Corporate

The incumbent will be assisting the Senior Legal Counsel of the company to mainly provide strategic legal support in corporate, funding and financing transaction and in ensuring that effective legal support is provided to commercial teams. Responsibilities

• Advise the relevant stakeholders on various regulatory requirements related to the lending and financing business operations.
• Supporting the relevant stakeholders with legal advice and assistance on various commercial contracts, including corporate structuring, corporate transactions and various financing projects and arrangement (including loan agreement and security documents package).
• Providing and lead legal support in a range of legal matters, including company corporate governance, legal administrative filling, submission and / or reporting of legal data.
• Monitor and report any regulatory updates from the relevant authorities related to the group companies’ business activities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to legal requests and regulatory advice from the relevant stakeholders, and advise on recommended courses of action.
• Developing legal precedents in line with the legal, regulatory, and corporate environment.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, ranging from BI, OJK and other relevant regulations related the group companies’ business activities, to company operation.
• To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of legal knowledge and expertise and the application thereof in to the business environment.
