• Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)

• Prefer to focus on sourcing only , not full-cycle
• Are looking for a scalable recruitment career

Your Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for low-mid-to-senior and executive roles

Review profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client standards

Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand each role’s needs

Track progress using our recommended tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)

Learn and improve through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
