    Who is the Koltiva Assistant Product Manager?

    The Product Owner isresponsible to ensures their products / features offer optimal value to potentialcustomers. Interface with customers, gather feature requests, schedule newreleases, and coordinate sprints.

    What are the key responsibilities of the Assistant Product Manager?

    The Product Owner specific responsibilities in this role include :

    Providing vision anddirection to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the projectand create requirements

    Ensure that the teamalways has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

    Plan and prioritizeproduct feature backlog and development for the product

    Assess value, developcases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses onthose with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

    Provide backlogmanagement, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

    Work closely withProduct Management to create and maintain a product backlog according tobusiness value

    Lead the planningproduct release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities

    Provide an activerole in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion ofRelease / Sprint Goals

    What are the requirement of the Position?

    Requirements

    Previous workingexperience as a Product Owner for 3 years

    BachelorDegree in Computer Science,Engineering or similar relevant field

    In-depth knowledgeof Agile process and principles

    Have experience in aproduct implementation project to potential client

    Outstandingcommunication, presentation, and leadership skills

    Excellentorganizational and time management skills

    Sharp analytical andproblem-solving skills

    Creative thinker witha vision
