Overview
To spearhead the development and execution of DOKU’s Cross-Border Payments business by building strategic partnerships, acquiring merchants, and launching payment solutions for inbound remittances and outbound merchant payments, with full ownership of commercial strategy, market development, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for inbound remittance corridors into Indonesia
- Establish partnerships with money transfer operators, banks, and FinTechs in Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, etc.
- Identify and acquire Indonesian SME merchants for outbound payment services
- Build relationships with trade associations and industry groups to expand the merchant pipeline
- Design onboarding processes and commercial frameworks for merchants
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for cross-border payment trends
- Develop FX pricing strategies and commercial models
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to define and prioritise cross-border features
- Build financial projections and manage P&L for the cross-border payments vertical
