Job descriptionMemimpin dan mengawasi penerapan prosedur HSSE di area warehouse. Mengkoordinasikan tim operasional terkait penggunaan APD, kepatuhan SOP, dan sistem keamanan. Melakukan inspeksi rutin serta audit HSSE, lalu menyampaikan laporan & rekomendasi langsung ke manajemen. Mengidentifikasi risiko operasional dan mengambil langkah pengendalian segera. Memastikan fasilitas keamanan gudang (akses kontrol, CCTV, alat tanggap darurat) berfungsi optimal. Mengembangkan & memperbarui SOP HSSE sesuai regulasi terbaru dan kebutuhan operasional.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 (K3, Teknik Lingkungan, Logistik, atau bidang terkait).
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang HSSE / K3, dengan minimal 1 tahun di posisi pengawas / supervisor.
- Pemahaman kuat terkait regulasi HSSE & K3, manajemen risiko, dan prosedur tanggap darurat.
- Mampu menyusun laporan manajerial & rekomendasi strategis untuk manajemen.
- Memiliki kepemimpinan, ketegasan, kemampuan komunikasi, serta inisiatif yang tinggi.
