General Manager Site Acquisition & Expansion

Overview

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, a leading retail company, is seeking a General Manager to lead their Site Acquisition & Expansion division.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan strategies to identify suitable regions or cities for business expansion in alignment with the company’s target market.
• Conduct location surveys and analysis, and lead negotiations with landlords, property owners, and developers (experience in purchasing land for retail hypermarkets).
• Develop and implement a networking strategy to support the achievement of expansion targets.
• Analyze business processes and act as a bridge between business requirements and system development needs.
• Conduct property site visits to monitor performance, ensure goal execution, assess capital requirements, and analyze market potential.
• Monitor and evaluate asset performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Organize, lead, and evaluate the Site Expansion team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
