About the role

As the General Manager of the Caspla Beach Club in the picturesque Nusa Penida area of Bali, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of this premier hospitality destination. Reporting directly to the Caspla Bali Group's leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this full‑time, on‑site role to ensure exceptional guest experiences and the continued growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strong leadership, management and strategic direction for the Caspla Beach Club
• Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the beach club, including food and beverage, events, marketing, budgeting and financial management
• Foster a positive, customer‑centric culture and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
• Manage, motivate and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals
• Identify and implement innovative ideas to enhance the beach club's appeal and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and brand / company standards
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
