The Entertainment Operational Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all entertainment activities are delivered to the highest standard, aligned with the brand’s vision, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

• Create weekly and monthly entertainment schedules (performances, special acts).
• Coordinate rehearsals, show timings, and run-downs.
• Source, book, and manage performers (dancers, models, hosts, fire shows, etc.).
• Handle artist communication, contracts, and rider requirements.
• Manage performers.
• Supervise setup and ensure all shows run smoothly and on time.
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues during performances.
• Work closely with marketing for event promotion, content creation, and social media materials.
• Support with photography, video shoots, and influencer / guest collaborations.Qualifications
• Experience in event or entertainment coordination, preferably within a hospitality, club, or resort environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a genuine passion for entertainment.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
