Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Legal team to support the company’s legal and compliance matters, including legal review and contract drafting.
• Establish standard for contract provisions, policies, and procedures in coordination with internal and external teams on contracts and negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and relevant technical guidance on all kinds of legal‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all company operations in order to protect the company and its assets from legal liability.
• Conduct legal research, provide legal memos, and update legal databases based on the prevailing laws and regulations.
• Provide counsel, assistance, and support for ethical and legal compliance, as well as support in enforcing compliance across the company.
• Provide insights prior to decision making for any corporate actions.
• Provide legal assistance to People Operations team for employment matters, including employment contract drafting as well as legal and regulatory obligations.
• Lead, grow, and nurture the team to ensure professional and personal development.
• Provide support to legal manager in conducting review and updating of Company’s legal documents and ensuring that documents are compliant with law and regulations of Indonesia.
