Spv It Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including hardware, software, networks, servers and data centers.
• Have knowledge about cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking and security.
• Analyze existing infrastructure and perform IT system enhancements.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure systems and data through appropriate measures and protocols.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
• Have proven knowledge of AI programs such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc (will be an advantage).
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services.
• Maintain office network, PCs, printers and CCTV.
• Monitor system performance & database management.
• Manage data backups and ensure successful backup schedule, data replication to DRC or cloud.
• Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
