Uraian TugasCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. Preferably have CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification. Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and business process operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient infrastructure solutions. Experience with server operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including hardware, software, networks, servers and data centers.
- Have knowledge about cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking and security.
- Analyze existing infrastructure and perform IT system enhancements.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure systems and data through appropriate measures and protocols.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
- Have proven knowledge of AI programs such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc (will be an advantage).
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services.
- Maintain office network, PCs, printers and CCTV.
- Monitor system performance & database management.
- Manage data backups and ensure successful backup schedule, data replication to DRC or cloud.
- Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
