Finance Associate

We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to join the Firm's Finance & Project Practice Group to maintain the standards of excellence for which we are known. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and good English skills, particularly in understanding complex documentation.

Qualifications :

• A law degree (SH) with a strong academic track record; a master's degree would be a plus.
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience in a variety of finance transactions and extensive knowledge of financing regulations (e.g., cross-border financing, acquisition finance, Islamic finance, aircraft financing, and project financing).
• A PERADI license.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• A strong focus on excellent client service.
• Good communication skills and confidence, with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• The ability to work in a team environment and individually.
• A real desire and ability to excel through learning and development processes.
