Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while inspiring others. You will synthesise market opportunities across your region and build strategic alliances at the highest level to support our growth. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the skills and vocational market opportunities across your region.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead the development of the regional strategy and develop ambitious long‑range plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies across your teams and markets to achieve regional sales targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
