Accounting & Tax Senior Manager

General Description

Accounting & Tax Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cost management—especially in OPEX. This role also plays a key part in supporting business decision-making through timely and reliable financial insights, while leading a high-performing accounting and reporting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Monitor and analyze OPEX and reporting performance from business units.
• Manage tax compliance and planning, including monthly tax filings, annual returns, and tax audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and governance.
• Lead the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Develop and coach the accounting and reporting teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.
