Business Development
Meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis di bidang cargo / logistik melalui akuisisi klien baru, pengembangan layanan, dan kerjasama strategis, sehingga perusahaan mampu bersaing dan memperluas pasar.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis
Menganalisis tren industri logistik dan cargo (domestik maupun internasional).
Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di segmen retail, corporate, maupun e-commerce.Melakukan riset kompetitor untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan layanan yang ditawarkan.Client Acquisition & RelationshipMencari dan mengakuisisi pelanggan baru (perusahaan, ekspedisi, freight forwarder, atau marketplace).
Menjalin hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan existing.Memberikan solusi layanan cargo yang sesuai kebutuhan klien (air freight, sea freight, land transport).Strategy & Business GrowthMenyusun strategi ekspansi pasar dan pengembangan jaringan distribusi.
Mengidentifikasi peluang kerjasama dengan mitra strategis (maskapai, pelabuhan, transportasi darat).Merancang paket layanan cargo yang kompetitif dan bernilai tambah.Sales & RevenueMenyusun target penjualan bulanan / tahunan di segmen cargo.
Membuat proposal, presentasi, dan negosiasi kontrak dengan calon klien.Memastikan pencapaian revenue sesuai dengan target perusahaan.Coordination & ReportingBerkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan pengiriman cargo berjalan lancar.
Memberikan masukan untuk peningkatan layanan dan efisiensi biaya.Menyusun laporan perkembangan bisnis, pipeline klien, dan peluang baru untuk manajemen.Key Objectives and Responsibilities (Education Sector)
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships and programs with schools.Identify and engage key decision-makers within schools, including administrators, teachers, and parent‑teacher associations.Build and maintain strong relationships with school clients through regular communication, presentations, and networking events.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting the educational sector.Supervise or directly manage events held in partnership with schools, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends and educational initiatives to identify new opportunities for partnership development.Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree preferably from Business, Marketing, or a related field.Fluency in English is a must.Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the indoor playground, education sector, and family entertainment industry.Strong network or existing database of private schools in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) that regularly organize external activities is a significant plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of partnership programs effectively.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and networking events.Additional Information

Work conditions : Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day), Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day), Continuous walking for prolonged periods (more than 2 hours at a time in an 8 hour day).
